Online ordering
After choosing the right tire or rim model for your vehicle, click on the "Add to Cart" button. Make sure that the quantity indicated is the right one, otherwise change the number of items in the Qty column, plus click on the double arrow to the right of this number to change the subtotal.
It is possible to delete some items by clicking on the trashcan icon on the right.
It is important to choose the province to which the goods will be delivered from the drop-down list and indicate the postal code. This step is used to estimate the delivery cost. You will see the information appear above the fields you have just filled in.
You then click on the "Finalize your order" button. Fill in the billing information form, as well as the delivery information if it differs, otherwise tick the box "Copy personal information". You can also leave a comment in the field provided for this purpose. This step is optional.
When the information is completed, click on the "Finalize your order" button. You will have a summary of your order. Make sure that all the information displayed is correct and then click on the yellow "Pay Now" button. You will be directed to the PayPal site to make the payment.
Methods of payment
Payments are made through the PayPal website.
For the customer who does not have a PayPal account, it is possible to pay directly with a Mastercard, Visa, Amex or with a debit card on the PayPal website.
However, PayPal does not guarantee payment by credit card when it comes to paying without a PayPal account mainly if the purchase is made from a tablet or a phone. It is therefore possible that the customer may be forced to open a PayPal account.
Shipping & Returns
Pneus Paquet provides free delivery in the Quebec region, within a 50km radius of Lévis. Everywhere else in the province of Quebec, delivery is provided by Loomis or Nationex, and fees will be charged. The calculation of these charges is determined by the postal code of the delivery address.
Availability of the goods
The products and the corresponding prices are valid within the limits of available stocks. Pneus Paquet undertakes to inform as soon as possible of any change in stock availability and prices, by regularly updating its website.
If, despite everything, an ordered product cannot be delivered due to a stock shortage, Pneus Paquet undertakes to notify the customer, and to offer him an equivalent product, or to cancel the order.
Order processing
The customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the order by email, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. A paper copy of the invoice is also provided upon delivery.
Pneus Paquet reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason whatsoever.
The prices indicated on the website are in Canadian dollars and are subject to GST and QST.
Cancellation of the order
In the event of an error in the order or cancellation of an order, the customer is responsible for notifying Pneus Paquetcustomer service as soon as possible by calling 418-830-0638.
Pneus Paquet does not accept any product change after the payment of the order, no refund of deposit will be made. However, the customer may use the deposit at any time to purchase a product or service offered by Pneus Paquet.
Items ordered may be returned under certain conditions. Please refer to the "Return Merchandise" page for these conditions.
Errors and omissions
Despite our commitment to make the content of our website as accurate as possible, there is a possibility that errors may have occurred, including in pricing, product description and availability.
To this end, Pneus Paquetreserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the price of the products offered on the site, as well as any other information.
We also reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of our website at any time, without notice. To this end, we recommend that you consult these provisions each time you make a purchase.
