Return of merchandise

  • Return the material in the original boxes

  • Parts must not have been installed on a vehicle

  • Tires must not have been installed on mag or rim

 

In the event of customer dissatisfaction, the merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided the product has never been used or installed on a vehicle.

If the cancellation is made before the order is processed and delivered, no cost will be charged to the customer. Otherwise, the customer will have to bear the cost of returning the goods and the associated risks.

The customer must notify Pneus Paquet of a return of merchandise by completing the online form and calling 418-830-0638. He will receive an authorization number allowing him to proceed with the return of the merchandise.

Pneus Paquet assumes the cost of delivery in the event of an error in the delivered merchandise or if it is defective.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, any amount debited from the customer's Paypal account, excluding delivery and return fees, will be delivered no later than 7 business days, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition as at the time of delivery.

An order refused at the time of delivery is subject to the same conditions as a return of merchandise.

The returned items must be in a resale condition as well as in the original packaging.
