When the purchase transaction is concluded, the customer will receive the ordered goods within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery will be made between 8 am and 5 pm. The customer will be contacted the day before delivery to ensure that a person will be present at the agreed time.

No change of delivery address will be accepted as a result of this contact.

The customer has the choice of having his tires or wheels delivered to his home or directly to his garage.

Delivery to a post office box is not possible.

Delivery to the garage

The customer is responsible for notifying the garage of the date and time of delivery. He must inform Pneus Paquet of the name of the person responsible for receiving the tires if he cannot be present himself.

It is the responsibility of the customer, or his garage, to check at the time of delivery whether the goods received are the ones ordered.
If there is an error on the part of Pneus Paquet, it will be corrected as soon as possible.

Delivery to your home

A person must be present to receive the merchandise, otherwise Pneus Paquet will leave with the tires and an additional charge of a minimum of $14 will be charged to the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to check at the time of delivery whether the goods received are the ones ordered.

If there is an error on the part of Pneus Paquet, it will be corrected as soon as possible.

However, the customer has the option of allowing the goods to be stored without a person present at the time of delivery. In this case, Pneus Paquet is in no way responsible for any loss or damage to the goods deposited.

Delivery territory

Pneus Paquet assumes free delivery of the merchandise within a 50-kilometre radius of downtown Montreal.

In other regions, transport will be provided by Loomis or Nationex. Delivery will then be subject to transmission service regulations.

Pneus Paquet is not responsible for any errors or loss on the part of the delivery service.

If a product is damaged during delivery, the customer must make a complaint to the delivery service.

In the event that no one is present at the time of delivery, the customer is subject to the rules of the delivery service for the recovery of his products.

The delivery cost will be determined at the time of purchase, with the indication of your postal code.

Any delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.
